Robert L. (Reb) Scarborough is a lifelong Episcopalian retired from the oil industry after 29 years working as Mechanical & Petroleum Engineer and IT Project Manager.
He is now full-time engaged in Church growth and congregational development consulting. His specific focus is on leadership development and training, team building, visioning and plan implementation.
Reb completed a 4-year Certificate in Advanced Studies in Congregational Development from
Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, Evanston, IL in 2000. He is a recent graduate of the Diocese of Texas' Ministry Academy.
Reb is a member of
Calvary Episcopal Church, Richmond, TX, serving as Worship Council Chairperson. Also, he teaches Confirmation class for adults and participates with the contemporary music team.
He has served on several past Vestries as Sr. Warden, Jr. Warden, Chairman of Mission & Ministry Committee, Chairman of Christian Education, Evangelism, and Stewardship committees including past Chairman of a capital funds drive.
Reb has experience in Church planning and development since 1994.

Reb is married to Anne for 31 years and has two adult children.
